Load Test

Load Test

  • We conduct annual visual inspections and 5-year load tests for any fall protection/fall arrest systems currently installed.
  • Ask about our Annual Maintenance Plans
  • 30 Day Stage Inspections (includes inspection of structural members for signs of movement, cracks or other defects; electrical lines; limit switches; controls; and wire ropes)
  • Inspection of Parapets – According to ANSI I 14.1, Section 9.2.2, all roof levels that do not have a parapet of at least 42” high must adhere to the rule that when working within 6’ of the low parapets, fall arrest equipment must be used.  This means the use of harness, lanyards and tie-off anchors.
  • Façade Attachments – According to ANSI I 14.1, Section 5.88, powered stages operating above 130 feet, approximately 11 floors, must have provisions for wind stabilization.
